Berry Avocado Energizer Smoothie


  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes


  1. 1. Add the blueberries, strawberries, and avocado to a high-speed blender.
