Berry Beet Bliss Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 small beet, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup hemp milk
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 banana
