Berry Green Boost Smoothie


  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional, for thickness)


  1. 1. Wash the blackberries, blueberries, and spinach thoroughly.
  2. 2. Add the blackberries, blueberries, spinach, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, banana, almond milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract into a blender.
  3. 3. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, you can add a little more almond milk to reach your desired texture.
  4. 4. Taste the smoothie and add more honey if additional sweetness is desired.
  5. 5. Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder and thicker smoothie, and blend again until smooth.
