Blackberry Pineapple Vitality Smoothie


  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup hemp milk
  • 1 tablespoon acai powder
  • 1/2 banana (optional for sweetness)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes


  1. Add the pineapple chunks, blackberries, cucumber, and hemp milk to a blender.
  2. Sprinkle in the acai powder, chia seeds, and fresh grated ginger.
  3. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add the optional 1/2 banana.
  4. Add the ice cubes to the blender.
  5. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  6. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
