Blueberry Peach Cashew Delight Smoothie


  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 ripe peach, pitted and sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)


  1. Step 1: Place the blueberries, peach slices, and chopped carrot into a blender.
  2. Step 2: Add the cashew milk, vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, and ground cinnamon to the blender.
  3. Step 3: If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add honey or maple syrup.
