Green Power Detox Smoothie


  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)


  1. Wash all the fresh produce thoroughly.
  2. Peel and chop the cucumber and core and chop the green apple.
  3. Add the spinach, kale, avocado, green apple, cucumber, chia seeds, lemon juice, and coconut water into a blender.
  4. If using, add the spirulina powder for an extra nutrient boost.
  5. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  6. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and well incorporated.
  7. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
