Green Tea and Kiwi Rejuvenation Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup of fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup of brewed green tea, chilled
  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or agave nectar for added sweetness (optional)
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Start by brewing your green tea and set it aside to cool.
  2. Peel the kiwis and cucumber, then cut them into slices.
  3. In your blender, combine the sliced kiwis, cucumber, and fresh raspberries.
  4. Add in the protein powder and cooled green tea.
  5. If desired, add in honey or agave nectar for a touch of sweetness.
  6. Add in the ice cubes last.
  7. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a bit more green tea to thin it out.
