Hemp & Harmony Tropical Smoothie


  • 1 ripe kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 of a cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup hemp milk
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 ripe banana, optional for added sweetness
  • 1 cup of ice


  1. Peel and slice the kiwi and cucumber, and chop the pineapple into chunks.
  2. Add the kiwi, pineapple, cucumber, and banana (if using) into a blender.
  3. Pour in the hemp milk.
  4. Add the hemp seeds.
  5. Blend until smooth. If you like your smoothie a bit colder or thicker, add in the ice and blend again.
  6. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
