Kiwi Raspberry Vitality Smoothie


  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes


  1. Start by preparing all the ingredients: peel and slice the kiwis, peel and chop the cucumber.
  2. Add the kiwis, raspberries, cucumber, soy milk, maca powder, and chia seeds into a blender.
  3. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add the honey at this stage.
  4. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the ice cubes and blend again until the mixture reaches your desired consistency.
  6. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
