Matcha Magic Smoothie with Avocado, Kiwi and Banana


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 ripe kiwis
  • Half an avocado
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of matcha powder
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 ice cubes


  1. Peel the banana, kiwis and avocado and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Put these fruits into the blender.
  3. Add a handful of spinach to the blender.
  4. Pour a cup of almond milk into the blender.
  5. Add a teaspoon of matcha powder to the mixture.
