  • 1 ripe peach, pitted and sliced
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any preferred plant-based milk)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional for sweetness)
  • Ice cubes (optional for a colder smoothie)


  1. Add the peach slices, banana, chopped cucumber, and spinach leaves to a blender.
