Peachy Keen Tea-Infused Smoothie


  • 1 ripe peach, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup of brewed green tea, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons of flax seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)


  1. First, brew the green tea and let it cool down. This can also be done the night before and stored in the fridge.
