Peachy Papaya Power Smoothie


  • 1 ripe peach, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup papaya, peeled and cubed
  • 1 stalk of celery, chopped
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)


  1. Combine the peach, papaya, celery, frozen banana, and baby spinach in a blender.
  2. Add the oat milk, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and fresh grated ginger.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if additional sweetness is desired.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
