Radiant Raspberry-Pineapple Glow Smoothie


  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup cooked and cooled sweet potato
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon collagen powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 handful of ice cubes (optional)


  1. Add the raspberries, pineapple chunks, sweet potato, and oat milk into a blender.
