Sweet Potato Tropical Glow Smoothie


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 2 teaspoons of collagen powder
  • A handful of ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon


  1. Peel and chop the sweet potato into chunks. Steam or microwave until it is soft.
