Tropical Glow Acai Smoothie


  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup of pineapple chunks
  • 1 small beet, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup of unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon acai powder
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Ice cubes as needed


  1. Prepare the fruits and beet by washing, peeling, and chopping as directed.
