Tropical Glow Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of chopped ripe papaya
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and pitted
  • 1 small zucchini, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of collagen powder
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • A handful of ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Wash and chop the papaya, mango and zucchini into small pieces.
  2. Remove the papaya seeds and the mango pit.
  3. Add the papaya, mango and zucchini pieces into a blender.
  4. Add Greek yogurt, collagen powder and almond milk into the blender.
  5. Blend the ingredients until they are well mixed and smooth.
  6. Taste the smoothie. If needed, add honey for sweetness and blend again.
  7. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth and frothy.
  8. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately while it’s cold.
