Tropical Green Bliss Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup brewed and cooled green tea
  • 1 teaspoon acai powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. 1. Brew a cup of green tea and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine the raspberries, mango chunks, avocado, acai powder, and chia seeds.
  3. 3. Pour in the cooled green tea and almond milk.
