Tropical Green Power Smoothie


  • 1 cup fresh papaya, diced
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup brewed green tea, cooled
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes


  1. Start by brewing a cup of green tea and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Add the diced papaya, diced pineapple, pumpkin puree, and frozen banana to a blender.
  3. Pour in the cooled green tea.
  4. Add the Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and spirulina powder.
  5. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  6. If desired, add honey to sweeten and ice cubes to chill the smoothie further.
  7. Blend again until the ice is fully crushed and the smoothie is well mixed.
  8. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
