Tropical Sunrise Immunity Smoothie


  • 1 cup fresh mango, diced
  • 1 cup fresh papaya, diced
  • 1/2 cup cooked pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons dried goji berries, soaked in warm water for 10 minutes
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes


  1. 1. Begin by soaking the goji berries in warm water for about 10 minutes to soften them.
  2. 2. In a high-speed blender, add the diced mango, diced papaya, cooked pumpkin puree, and orange juice.
